Castle Consultants International carries forward a legacy of more than 50 years dedicated to helping people uncover their best potential and live with greater intention.
Founded on the belief that meaningful work and a fulfilling life begins with clarity. Our experiences habe long provided thoughtful frameworks for stepping back, reflecting deeply, and reconnecting with what truly matters.
This work is rooted in the idea that when individuals understand who they are and what they are meant to do, everything else aligns more naturally.

Castle Consultants International exists to create space for that discovery. Through carefully designed workshops, immersive retreats, and reflective experiences, we provide people with the tools, language, and structure to disconnect from noise and reconnect with purpose.
This is not about quick fixes or surface-level goal setting, but about thoughtful life and career design that endures.
Stewardship for a New Generation
Today, we are the US based home of Castle Consultants International. Originated in the states and brought to England and Scotland, through a group of Organizational Behavior practitioners who cared how people became the best versions of themselves.
Our role is to thoughtfully extend its reach—ensuring the work remains well-held, relevant, and accessible for individuals navigating complexity at every stage of life.
Our Founder
Walt Hopkins
In 1986, Organization Design & Development published Walt’s unique poster-based approach to career and life design entitled A Goal Is A Dream Taken Seriously and this is the basis for Walt’s original Create Your Future workshop and now our Dream Discovery Workshops and Retreats.
Walt’s mission is to encourage people to do more of what they do best; when Walt is doing what he does best, people around him begin changing their lives.
He inspires people to take their dreams seriously. He inspires us to use lifetime skills to act on their own answers to three questions: Who am I? What do I want? How do I get it?
Walt describes himself as a serious dreamer who believes in people and possibilities.
